General Manager / Project Head – Construction

Yugen Infra is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager / Project Head – Construction to take complete ownership of execution for a major premium township development project in Goa. This is a senior-level construction and project management role that requires a hands-on, site-focused leader. The selected candidate will lead construction activities from the front, ensuring timely, quality, and efficient execution. Key responsibilities include managing site teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, and driving project progress in line with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. You will proactively identify and resolve site-level challenges, monitor construction quality, safety, productivity, and resource utilization, and build a strong on-site execution team. This is not an office-based coordination role; the candidate must be willing to travel and spend 15–20 days per month at the Goa project site. Compensation is highly competitive, ranging from ₹18–40 LPA, and is negotiable for exceptional candidates.
