Yugen Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and execution-driven General Manager – Projects & Construction to lead the construction and execution of its massive 100+ acre premium township development in Goa. This is a senior leadership position designed for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, township, villa, resort, or mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of project execution from initial planning stages through to final handover. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project execution, building and mentoring site execution teams, managing contractors, and driving civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and landscaping works. You will ensure all projects meet strict quality, timeline, cost, and safety standards while coordinating with consultants, architects, PMCs, and vendors. Candidates must possess 15–25 years of relevant experience in construction and project execution, with strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. The role is based in Goa / Gurgaon, offering a competitive CTC of ₹18–40 LPA based on experience and capability.
