Global Edifice is looking for an accomplished General Manager – Projects to lead the end-to-end delivery of its residential project portfolio in Sarjapur & Chandapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project performance across time, cost, quality, safety, and profitability, while providing strong leadership to multidisciplinary project teams. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential construction projects, driving project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion, and establishing effective PMO governance. You will take ownership of project budgets, cost control, financial performance, and profitability, while coordinating Planning, QA/QC, Quantity Surveying, MEP, and Safety teams. Ensuring compliance with RERA, statutory regulations, safety requirements, and construction standards is critical. Candidates must have 20+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management, a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, and a Post Graduation in Construction Management / Project Management.
