We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects to lead and manage large-scale High-Rise Building Projects for a reputed real estate contracting company in Gurugram / Moradabad. The ideal candidate must have a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 20+ years of overall experience in construction/project execution and management, with mandatory extensive hands-on experience in high-rise building projects. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end execution, overseeing project planning, quality, timelines, and delivery, providing strategic direction, monitoring resources, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams. The salary is ₹24 LPA Fixed (₹2,00,000 per month). The interview process is Face-to-Face only. Leave benefits include 2 days off per month, 1.5 leaves/month during probation, and 2.5 leaves/month post-probation.
