Candidates must have 15+ years of overall experience in project execution and management, with mandatory hands-on experience in high-rise building projects. Key responsibilities include project planning, execution, quality control, timeline management, and coordinating with labour/workforce at site. Strong leadership, team-management, and the ability to manage contractors, consultants, and vendors are required. Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Civil. Salary is ₹24 LPA Fixed (₹2,00,000 per month), paid on the 20th of every month. Benefits include 2 days off per month, 1.5 leaves/month during probation, and 2.5 leaves/month post-probation.
