This full-time opportunity is specifically tailored for freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches who hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will gain invaluable practical exposure to construction site execution, project management, and quality control processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in site execution activities, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors, and maintaining meticulous site records, documentation, and daily progress reports. Additionally, you will support safety procedures, monitor work progress against project schedules, and assist senior engineers in resolving routine site-related issues. Ideal candidates should possess basic knowledge of civil engineering, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong willingness to work in a site-based environment.
