Mahamarg Infra Consultants Private Limited is actively seeking an experienced Highway Maintenance Resident Engineer (HMRE) to support its newly awarded O&M and Highway Maintenance Projects in Haryana and Punjab. This is a full-time position requiring a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 11+ years of relevant professional experience in Highway, O&M, or Highway Maintenance Projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day highway maintenance and O&M activities, ensuring all works are executed as per project specifications and applicable standards. Key duties include monitoring the condition of roads, structures, drainage systems, and other highway assets, coordinating with contractors, consultants, site teams, and other project stakeholders, and reviewing work progress to ensure activities are completed within required timelines. Additionally, you will identify maintenance issues, coordinate corrective measures, monitor the quality of repair works, and maintain project records, inspection reports, and progress reports.
