Instrumentation Lead Engineer

Padink Engineering is seeking an Instrumentation Lead Engineer to join our process plant engineering team in Bengaluru. This full-time leadership role requires 10 to 12 years of experience in instrumentation engineering. The Instrumentation Lead Engineer will lead instrumentation engineering activities for process plant projects, covering field instruments, control valves, control systems, and hazardous area requirements. Key responsibilities include handling field instrumentation and control valve selection and sizing, working with HART and Fieldbus control systems, and managing hazardous area classification requirements. You will lead and coordinate a team of 3 Engineers and 2 Designers, coordinate instrumentation engineering deliverables, work with relevant engineering and project teams, and support design development and technical coordination.
