Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our construction team. This is a full-time, site-based role. Key responsibilities include assisting in supervising day-to-day construction site activities, monitoring work progress, coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, conducting basic quality checks, monitoring manpower/materials, and maintaining daily site records. Candidates must hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, have basic knowledge of construction methods, civil drawings, and MS Excel, and possess good communication skills.
