Mihir Group is hiring a full-time Junior Engineer – Civil for our high-rise residential project located in Bavdhan, Pune. This role requires 2 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in high-rise residential execution and familiarity with Mivan / Aluform shuttering systems. Candidates must hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include supervising daily site execution, shuttering alignment, bar bending, and concrete pouring as per GFC drawings. You will maintain daily site records, labor deployment logs, and Daily Progress Reports (DPR). Additionally, you will monitor subcontractor work on-site to reduce rework and material wastage, and coordinate with Senior Engineers for daily site clearances and structural inspections.
