Sukhii Group is hiring 5 Junior Engineers – Civil for its construction projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background with hands-on construction experience and the ability to coordinate site execution activities while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines. Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams, and monitoring construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Additionally, you will check the quality of materials and workmanship, monitor work progress, take measurements, maintain site records, coordinate material and manpower requirements, and assist in resolving site-related technical and execution issues. Requirements include a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects. A construction background is mandatory.
