This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Key responsibilities include monitoring the quality of structural and finishing works at residential project sites, conducting and maintaining records of concrete cube, soil, waterproofing, and other required tests. You will inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes, and applicable quality standards, coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and testing agencies, and identify quality issues to support corrective and preventive actions.
