Casagrand, a leading name in the Real Estate and Construction industry, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Junior Quality Engineer to join our residential construction projects in Chennai. This is a full-time role requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, specifically within residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards across our ongoing residential construction projects. Key responsibilities include handling quality inspections for structural and finishing works, conducting and maintaining records of concrete, cube, soil, waterproofing, and other required tests, and ensuring all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, and applicable standards. You will also prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records, while coordinating with site engineers, contractors, consultants, laboratories, and project teams. Candidates must have a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field, with mandatory experience in residential construction projects.
