Logistics Capability Development Manager

Thanamthip Coca-Cola is seeking a Logistics Capability Development Manager to join our Logistics and Supply Chain department in Thailand. This role is focused on developing and implementing logistics capability-building initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiency. You will establish best practices, standards, and operating procedures, and support digital transformation and technology adoption in logistics. Additionally, you will develop training and capability programs for logistics teams, track operational KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with logistics and supply chain stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics transformation or capability development, strong project management and analytical skills, and deep knowledge of logistics systems, processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
