We are actively hiring for the position of Maintenance Engineer - Civil to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, permanent contract opportunity with 5 open vacancies. Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in carrying out audits and inspections of buildings within the Civil and Architecture discipline. Experience in design, construction, or inspection is highly desirable, as is knowledge of maintenance-related software. Candidates should have the ability to perform mid-level data analysis, including the ability to audit, deduce, assess, conclude, and appraise. Familiarity with USGBC LEED is preferred. Required competencies include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, building code provisions, and maintenance-related best practices. An excellent command of oral and written English is essential. Knowledge of SAP, Maximo, or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
