Manager - HR

Globus Developers is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Manager - HR to join our team in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. This is a full-time role requiring 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate industry. We have a strong preference for female candidates and those who can join immediately. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. You will also handle day-to-day HR operations, employee-related activities, and maintain employee records and HR documentation. Additionally, you will coordinate with management and various departments for manpower requirements, handle employee lifecycle processes, and manage HR administration. A working knowledge of payroll processes and related HR activities is required to ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
