We are hiring a full-time MEP Engineer / Manager for our Real Estate & Construction Openings in Pune, Maharashtra. The working location will span across HO, Camp, and various project sites. The ideal candidate must have 8+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating MEP activities across real estate and construction projects, supervising electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other MEP installations, and coordinating MEP works with civil and architectural teams. You will also review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements, monitor quality, progress, and timely execution of MEP works, coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors, identify and resolve site-level technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
