Mihir Group is hiring a full-time MEP Engineer for our high-rise residential project in Bavdhan, Pune. Candidates should have 5 to 9 years of experience and hold a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The core requirement is high-rise residential MEP coordination, with a specific focus on pre-pour conduit embedment in Mivan walls and slabs. Key responsibilities include planning and inspecting all concealed electrical conduits, plumbing sleeves, and fire-fighting penetrations before slab casting. You will coordinate internal plumbing (PEX/CPVC/SWR), sanitary drainage, electrical wiring, and low-voltage distribution. You will also oversee coordination between civil and MEP subcontractors to eliminate post-pour chipping or core-cutting, and verify contractor work, site testing (hydrostatic pressure testing, megger tests), and bill verification.
