Casagrand Group is looking for a qualified and dedicated MEP – Quantity Surveyor to manage MEP-related quantity surveying for our Residential Projects. This role is open across our major project locations in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. Candidates applying for this position should have between 4 to 10 years of specialized experience in MEP quantity surveying within residential developments. The core job responsibilities include maintaining a deep knowledge of IS and ES Standards & Codes, executing precise quantity take-up in accordance with IS, and managing bill verification and reconciliation verification. The candidate will also be actively involved in budget preparation, BOQ development, and rate analysis for MEP works. This is a full-time position offering a great platform for professional growth.
