Casagrand is hiring an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor for its residential projects across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. This position is open to professionals with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in residential construction. The primary responsibilities include preparing MEP quantity take-offs and BOQs, performing quantity verification as per drawings and applicable standards, and preparing detailed rate analysis and project budgets. The role also involves verifying MEP contractor bills and measurements, conducting material and quantity reconciliation, and monitoring project costs, variations, and quantities. You will coordinate closely with MEP, procurement, project, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates must have strong analytical, coordination, and commercial skills, along with a good understanding of IS standards, specifications, and construction codes.
