Planning & Billing Engineer

Patel Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Planning & Billing Engineer for Residential & Commercial Projects in Thane, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will prepare and maintain project schedules, track planned vs. actual progress, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying BOQ, quantity take-offs, site measurements, and handling RA Bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills. The role also involves coordinating with project, site, procurement, commercial, and client teams, as well as managing quantity reconciliation, variations, and extra-item claims. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of construction planning, billing procedures, and quantity estimation, with high proficiency in MS Excel.
