Planning Engineer – Civil

RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Planning Engineer – Civil for its head office located at ABW Tower, 2nd Floor, 203, Sector 25, Gurgaon, Haryana. As a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC), we provide comprehensive services including project planning, monitoring, quantity surveying, contracts, site coordination, supervision, and quality control. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and regularly updating project schedules using MS Project (MSP). You will maintain Gantt Charts, baseline schedules, and progress schedules, and plan construction sequencing (Civil works followed by MEP, finishing, architectural, etc.). Key duties include applying basic planning techniques like the Critical Path Method (CPM), identifying critical activities, tracking planned vs. actual progress, highlighting delays, and coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants. You will also prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, track milestones, and assist in risk identification and recovery plans. Candidates must have a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory) with 3 to 5 years of experience (up to 8 years maximum relevant experience). Strong working knowledge of MS Project, CPM, and Gantt Charts is required. Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and English communication skills are essential. Experience in Residential, Commercial, and Institutional Projects, as well as PMC experience, is preferred. The salary is up to ₹80,000 per month.
