NSL Sugars Ltd. is hiring an experienced Procurement Manager / Senior Manager – Grain to manage grain procurement activities and ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials for our operations at the Jay Mahesh Unit in Pawarwadi, Beed, Maharashtra. Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant grain procurement experience, which is mandatory. An MBA or PG Diploma in Material Management or a relevant qualification is required. Key responsibilities include leading and managing end-to-end grain procurement activities, developing and maintaining relationships with grain suppliers, traders, farmers, and vendors, negotiating prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules, and monitoring market trends, grain prices, availability, and supply conditions. You will coordinate with quality, production, stores, logistics, and finance teams to ensure purchased grains meet required quality and specifications. Candidates with experience in the sugar, distillery, food, or agro-based industry will be preferred.
