Navanaami Projects Private Limited is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for our construction projects. Based at our Corporate Office in Hyderabad, this full-time role requires a professional with over 15 years of experience, specifically within the construction or real estate industry, with mandatory experience in building projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of construction materials, services, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships, evaluating quotations, negotiating competitive prices and commercial terms, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. Additionally, you will coordinate with project teams, monitor purchase orders, optimize costs, and resolve vendor-related issues to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates must possess strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of construction materials and market rates.
