This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in machining and automotive component manufacturing. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, with a maximum age limit of 40 years. Key responsibilities include supervising and managing daily shop-floor production activities, planning and executing production schedules to achieve targets, monitoring production processes, managing manpower allocation, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, you will implement 5S, maintain workplace discipline, monitor rejection and rework levels, and coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
