Project Coordinator

Quantumpod Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for an on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting a heavy manufacturing industrial project in Kanpur. The ideal candidate must possess a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The monthly budget for this position is ₹1,00,000 CTC. Key responsibilities include managing project planning and scheduling using MS Project (MSP), preparing, maintaining, and monitoring MIS reports, and tracking project progress, timelines, and key deliverables. You will coordinate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and prepare regular project updates for management. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory for project tracking, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, working knowledge of AI tools for project coordination, reporting, analysis, and productivity improvement is required.
