The ideal candidate must possess 20 to 25+ years of solid UAE/GCC civil contracting experience, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles directing large-scale projects. Strong strategic, financial, and commercial management capabilities are essential for this role. Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, while a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly preferred.
