Project Head / Senior Project Manager – MIVAN Construction

Quazarin Infra is seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Head / Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale multi-tower residential/institutional construction project in Mandi/Kamand, Himachal Pradesh. This is a full-time, site-based role requiring the candidate to reside at the project site. The ideal candidate must possess 15+ years of construction experience (ideally 18-22 years) with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include managing MIVAN/Aluminium Formwork construction, overseeing structural, MEP, finishing, and external development works, and owning the project schedule, cost, quality, and productivity. Candidates must have completed and handed over at least 3 MIVAN projects, with at least 2 handled as Project Head/Manager. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project for planning and execution is mandatory. Experience with government/PSU/EPC projects (CPWD, NBCC, IITs) and difficult hill terrain logistics (retaining walls, slope stabilization, cutting & filling) is highly preferred.
