Repl.global is hiring a Project Manager for Civil & Infrastructure Construction projects across Noida and Delhi. This senior leadership role requires a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and 10 to 15 years of experience. As a Project Manager, you will plan, manage, and execute civil and infrastructure construction projects, taking overall responsibility for execution, quality, cost, and schedule. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to monitor progress against approved timelines and milestones. Key duties include reviewing drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies, managing project resources (manpower, materials, equipment), and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will also identify project risks, implement corrective actions, monitor project costs, and lead regular progress meetings.
