Project Manager – Civil

Ankura Homes is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of our prestigious Luxury Villas Project located near Shankarpally, Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with a strong background in residential construction, project execution, team management, and quality control. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities as per project schedules; supervising site engineers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors; and ensuring all construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, materials, and resources, while coordinating effectively with architects, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders. You will oversee the proper execution of RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and other civil works, identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues, maintain project documentation, reports, measurements, and progress updates, and ensure strict compliance with safety standards and construction procedures. Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, proven experience in residential building or luxury villa projects, and strong knowledge of civil construction.
