The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of hands-on experience in construction project execution and team leadership. Key responsibilities include planning & scheduling, developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, work plans, and resource planning, as well as monitoring progress against milestones. Additionally, the role involves site coordination & supervision, coordinating day-to-day site operations with engineers, supervisors, and ground staff, and liaising with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material and manpower availability.
