Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction is actively seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Construction Manager for our major commercial and high-rise residential building projects across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess 15 to 25 years of robust experience in the construction industry, with a strong educational background holding a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading overall construction and project execution activities, managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and site operations. You will coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to monitor construction progress and ensure timely project completion. Additionally, you must ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements while managing project-level risks, issues, and technical coordination. Candidates should have a proven track record with reputed construction contracting companies and hands-on experience in large-scale site execution, multidisciplinary coordination, and strict budget control.
