This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in managing MEP works, specifically within high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or B.Tech in EEE or Mechanical Engineering. In this role, you will lead and manage MEP works, planning and monitoring execution from initial planning through to final handover. Key responsibilities include coordinating Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting activities, managing manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors. You will also review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions, monitor project progress, quality, cost, and safety, and manage testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
