Project Manager – MEP

Yalavarti Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager – MEP for our ongoing High-Rise Building Projects in Warangal. This is a full-time position requiring 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management. Candidates must possess a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this role. As the Project Manager – MEP, you will lead and manage all MEP works from the planning phase through execution and final handover. Your key responsibilities will include supervising Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services. You will plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources in alignment with project schedules. Strong coordination is required with consultants, architects, PMC, clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams. You will review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure installations comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and project requirements. Additionally, you will monitor daily site progress, manage subcontractors, coordinate MEP works with civil and architectural activities to avoid clashes, and ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety standards. You will also monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover.
