Project Manager (PM)

Payal Dev Construction LLP is actively seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Manager (PM) for our prestigious Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Water Supply Project located in Patna, Bihar. This is a mega hiring drive with a total of 84 vacancies across various engineering roles. The ideal candidate must possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 15 years of robust experience in managing large-scale civil projects. Specifically, hands-on experience in Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) or Rural Water Supply Projects is highly preferred and required. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle, managing site execution, coordinating pipeline works (HDPE/DI/MDPE), supervising water supply distribution networks, managing FHTC/Household Tap Connections, and ensuring the successful construction and execution of OHT LESB. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills to drive the project to successful completion within the stipulated timelines.
