In this role, you will lead and manage large-scale building construction projects, specifically focusing on high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing projects from planning through to successful completion, monitoring project timelines, costs, quality, and overall execution. You will coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, you will manage project risks, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
