Colliers is hiring a Project Manager for our Project Management Team to oversee an exciting Industrial Project with PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Structure located in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time role requiring a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in industrial projects with PEB structures. Key responsibilities include leading and managing overall industrial project execution, planning and monitoring project schedules, quality, cost, and safety. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, managing civil, structural, and PEB works. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, resolve technical and execution-related issues, review drawings, specifications, and project requirements, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
