We are hiring a Project Manager for a leading Real Estate company in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role based in Rajendra Nagar / Tukkuguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have 15 to 18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include leading and managing end-to-end execution of real estate construction projects, planning project activities, resources, manpower, and timelines. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and monitor construction progress, quality, cost, and schedule. Ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements is critical. You will resolve site and execution-related issues effectively, manage project teams, ensure timely project delivery, and prepare progress reports for management. Candidates must have strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Compensation is ₹12 LPA.
