TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Tata Projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming Hotel Project in Prayagraj (UP). This full-time position requires 15 to 20 years of experience in managing commercial or hospitality construction projects. The educational qualification required is a BE or BTech in Civil Engineering along with a Post Graduate degree (BE+PG). As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the hotel project, from planning and resource mobilization to execution and final handover. Your duties will include coordinating with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and subcontractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring top-tier quality finishes. You will also be responsible for maintaining strict safety protocols on site.
