A qualification of BE in Civil Engineering along with a Post Graduate degree (BE+PG) is mandatory. Key responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors, managing project budgets, and ensuring high-quality finishes typical of premium hotel projects.
