Quality Engineer – Civil (QA/QC)

Mihir Group is looking for a Quality Engineer – Civil (QA/QC) for our high-rise residential project in Bavdhan, Pune. This full-time role requires 5 to 8 years of experience and a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. The core requirement is rigorous QA/QC procedures for high-rise residential projects and aluminum formwork concrete finishes. Key responsibilities include establishing and monitoring site Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklist clearances, and quality audits. You will oversee material testing at site and third-party NABL accredited labs (aggregates, cement, rebar tensile tests, concrete cube compressive tests). You will also inspect concrete pour pre-checks (cover blocks, slurry leaks, tie-rod spacing, surface honeycomb prevention) and maintain QA/QC documentation, NCR (Non-Conformance Report) logs, calibration records, and root-cause analysis for defects.
