Mihir Group is seeking a qualified Quality Engineer – Civil to join our Construction Project Team at Bavdhan, Pune. The ideal candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) within the real estate and construction industry. Experience in high-rise residential projects utilizing Mivan and Aluform shuttering systems is highly preferred. Responsibilities include implementing quality control procedures, conducting material testing, supervising concrete pours, maintaining QA/QC documentation, and ensuring all construction activities comply with approved drawings and standards. You will also be responsible for identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
