We are looking for dynamic professionals with 5 to 8 years of experience in residential construction, with a mandatory requirement of hands-on experience in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing works. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained during both the structural (RCC) and finishing phases of the project. Your responsibilities will include inspecting incoming materials, supervising concrete pouring, checking reinforcement layouts, monitoring finishing activities like plastering, tiling, and painting, and maintaining comprehensive quality logs.
