Repl.global is actively hiring a Quantity Surveyor for Civil & Building Construction projects based in Noida. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals with 1 to 7 years of experience holding a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing project costs and quantities. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. You will verify contractor and subcontractor bills and measurements, ensuring they align with approved BOQs and drawings. Additionally, you will handle rate analysis, variations, deviations, and extra-item claims, while conducting quantity reconciliation and maintaining precise billing records. Strong coordination with site and project teams is essential for accurate measurements. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Billing, BOQ, and Rate Analysis, alongside proficiency in MS Excel and construction documentation.
