Repl.global is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP & Building Construction for our Noida location. This full-time role is open to candidates with a B.Tech or Diploma and 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing MEP quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates. You will verify contractor and subcontractor measurements and bills, monitoring quantities and costs against approved BOQs. The role involves handling variations, additional works, and quantity reconciliation, as well as reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents. You will coordinate closely with MEP, procurement, commercial, and site teams to assist in cost monitoring and commercial reporting. Required skills include a strong understanding of MEP Quantity Surveying, building construction, MEP services, measurements, BOQ, billing, and proficiency in MS Excel.
