The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations. You will measure executed works, verify quantities, and prepare and check contractor bills. Additionally, you will track material quantities, project costs, and variations, coordinating closely with project and site teams for quantity and commercial requirements. Candidates should have a relevant educational qualification or technical certification, with preferred experience in construction or project execution. Good knowledge of site activities and construction practices, along with strong communication and coordination skills, is required.
