Amara Raja Infra Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Buildings & Factories team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is focused on high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and verifying quantities, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and measurements. You will review contractor bills, support billing activities, and monitor project quantities, costs, and variations to ensure effective commercial control and cost optimization. Additionally, you will maintain accurate quantity and billing documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates with relevant experience in large-scale building construction, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills are highly preferred.
