This position is open across multiple key locations including Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. The ideal candidate should possess between 3 to 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the residential real estate sector. Key responsibilities for this role include having a strong working knowledge of IS and ES Standards & Codes, performing accurate quantity take-up as per IS guidelines, and handling bill verification and reconciliation verification processes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for budget preparation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) creation, and detailed rate analysis.
