Casagrand, a leading developer in the Real Estate and Residential Construction industry, is actively hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for its ongoing and upcoming residential projects across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 15 years of relevant experience in residential construction. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate quantity take-offs in compliance with applicable IS standards and codes, preparing and reviewing BOQs and detailed rate analysis, and verifying contractor and client bills and measurements. Additionally, you will conduct quantity and material reconciliation, assist in project budget preparation and cost estimation, and monitor quantities, costs, and variations throughout the project lifecycle. Strong coordination with project, commercial, and execution teams is essential, along with maintaining meticulous QS documentation and commercial records. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of IS standards, specifications, construction codes, and budget preparation.
