We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for our construction projects in JP Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have a B.E. in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of relevant construction experience. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQ, estimates, and cost analyses, performing accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, preparing and verifying contractor/subcontractor bills and MB sheets, carrying out quantity and material reconciliation, conducting rate analysis, and supporting project budgeting. You will also monitor project costs, verify site measurements, and coordinate with project, execution, planning, and commercial teams. Strong analytical and coordination skills are required.
